Blue Mountain Giving Catalog

Blue Mountain Community Foundation is pleased to announce a new fundraising initiative for the Blue Mountain Region - the Blue Mountain Giving Catalog. This month-long online campaign is open to charities and nonprofits in Walla Walla, Columbia and Umatilla counties. Applications begin August 1, 2019.

The Giving Catalog Application has closed. Organizations that submitted an application will be contacted in the next two weeks to view a preview of their listing.

All participating organizations will be featured in a special holiday insert in the Walla Walla Union Bulletin on Sunday, December 1.

The Kick-off event for the initiative is the Sustainable Living Center's Alternative Gift Fair, which takes place on Saturday, December 7, at Reid Center on the Whitman College Campus, 11:00 am – 3:00 pm. Participation in the Alternative Gift Fair is limited to 30 organizations, and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications begin August 1, and close, September 30. *Note: to be part of the Alternative Gift Fair, a charity must be part of the Giving Catalog; but not everyone participating in Giving Catalog needs to participate in the Alternative Gift Fair.

Stay tuned for the announcement of meeting dates to assist organizations in connecting with their networks and social media.
