Ted Berry Memorial Scholarship
The Ted Berry Memorial Scholarship was established to provide scholarship grants for the benefit of any person who intends to pursue a career in Emergency Medical Services and meets preliminary training and education requirements. Applicants must have attained at least average scholastic achievement, demonstrate financial need and currently reside in Walla Walla or Columbia counties. Students may be considered for scholarship grants to pursue certification in Emergency Medical Services for First Responder, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic.
The 2009-10 scholarship award will be in the amount of $500.00.
To make application, eligible individuals must submit a cover letter outlining their field of study, where they live and aspirations for their work in Emergency Medical Services. Applicants should also provide their most recent school transcript and a current income tax return.
