Impact! Funds…for a Healthy Community.
A Healthy Community is not marked by success in a single area, region, domain or population. Rather, it is an ideal of progress across an array of elements, that when joined, represent the best our region can offer its residents. The seven elements pictured at left and illuminated below, under the rubric of a Healthy Community, were pioneered by the Seattle Foundation as a paradigm for understanding the Puget Sound region. It is equally suited to represent the Blue Mountain Area and serves to understand the grantmaking activity of the Blue Mountain Community Foundation, both in what grants support as well as the outcomes of these community investments.
