Fees
Fees are assessed to Foundation funds as outlined below.

Endowed Funds Fee Schedule

| Next $500,000 | 0.75% |
| In excess of $1 million | 0.65% |
- The minimum fund size is $10,000.
- The minimum annual fee for each fund is $250.
- Fees are charged on a quarterly basis at one-fourth of the annual, graduated rate noted in schedule above.
- Blue Mountain Community Foundation may consider linking related funds for fee purposes after a review of the complexities of each fund's administration.
Investment Management Expense
Charges from Investment Managers and consultants, whether explicit or implicit (e.g. Mutual Funds reported at NAV), are passed along at the cost of those services.
Tax Preparation Fee
Fees associated with the preparation of fiduciary tax returns are charged to charitable trusts based on the cost of executing such services. Audit and IRS Form 990 Preparation Fees are paid from the Foundation's operating budget and are not charged separately.
Extraordinary Services Fee
When unusual or extraordinary services are requested or required, reasonable additional charges will be assessed for the duties performed. On occasion, Blue Mountain Community Foundation may outsource specialized services. The cost of outsourcing these services is charged as an additional expense to the fund.
